Laser Engraving Plywood
Laser engraving on plywood allows precise and long-lasting surface marking, producing clear patterns, text, or graphic elements based on a digital design. This method is especially suitable when fine detail, consistent repeatability, and the natural texture of plywood are important.

Engraving depth and surface appearance
During engraving, the laser removes the top layer of the plywood, so the image is formed by the contrast between the engraved area and the natural surface. The engraving depth is controlled by selecting appropriate parameters — from very subtle to deeper, more pronounced engraving.
Due to the thermal effect, engraved areas acquire a darker shade. This is a natural characteristic of laser engraving on plywood and is often used as a visual advantage. If a cleaner surface is required, protective masking tape can be applied before engraving to reduce soot on the plywood surface.
Plywood engraving is performed using provided vector or raster files (DXF, SVG, PDF, JPG, PNG). Before engraving, we evaluate the level of detail of the design, the type of plywood, and surface properties to select suitable engraving parameters and ensure a stable result.
