Laser Cutting Leather
Laser cutting of leather is a precise and non-contact processing method that allows cutting complex shapes, fine details, and accurate contours according to a digital file. This technology is especially suitable for projects where detail, identical parts, and cuts without mechanical stretching or material damage are important.

Cut properties and edge appearance
When cutting leather with a laser, the cut edges are precise and smooth. Due to thermal effects, the cut edges may slightly darken or acquire a naturally sealed edge, which is often considered an advantage as it reduces leather fraying or fiber separation. Depending on the leather type and thickness, the shade of the cut edges may vary. If a different visual result is required, appropriate cutting parameters are selected or additional processing is recommended.
Leather cutting is performed using provided vector files (DXF, SVG, PDF). Before production, we evaluate the leather type, thickness, surface properties, and part complexity to select appropriate cutting parameters and ensure a stable, repeatable result.
