Laser Cutting Foam
Laser cutting foam is a precise and non-contact processing method that allows cutting complex shapes, contours, and fine details according to a digital file. Laser cutting is especially suitable for projects where accurate shape reproduction and clean cuts without mechanical pressure are important.

Cut properties and edge appearance
When cutting foam with a laser, the cut edges may be slightly sealed due to thermal effects. This is often considered an advantage, as it reduces foam crumbling or dusting at the cut edges. Depending on the foam type and density, the appearance of the cut edges may vary. Before production, appropriate parameters are selected to achieve an optimal balance between cut cleanliness and shape accuracy.
Foam cutting is performed using provided vector files (DXF, SVG, PDF). Before production, we evaluate the foam type, density, thickness, and part complexity to select appropriate cutting parameters and ensure consistent results.
