Laser Engraving Wood Products
Laser engraving of wooden products allows precise and repeatable marking of various wood-based product surfaces. This method is most often used for products where consistent results, clear contrast, and the ability to engrave both single items and production series are important.

Engraving depth and surface appearance
During engraving, the laser removes the top material layer, creating an image through contrast between the engraved area and the surface. Unlike solid wood, engraving on wood-based products is usually more even and uniform due to the consistent layer structure.
In some products, especially plywood, internal layers may become visible during engraving. This is a natural material characteristic and is evaluated before production. If a cleaner surface is required, protective measures may be used to reduce soot residue.
Laser engraving of wooden products is performed using vector or raster files provided (DXF, SVG, PDF, JPG, PNG). Before engraving, we evaluate the product type, surface condition, and layout detail to select appropriate parameters and ensure a stable result.
